About the event
Members of the Abundance Network and Community Well membership can join us every Monday at noon for a short and sweet 10-minute mental health exercise ranging from breathwork, meditation, movement, storytime, journaling, and more. Each week will be different. After the 10-minute exercise, we will leave about 5 minutes time to chat and hang out with others on the call.Â
