About the event
When: second Friday of each month from 12:00-1:45 PM
Where: Mount Ogden Park (when weather permits, when it doesn’t, we’ll meetup at Community Well 2562 Washington Blvd).
What: Community potluck to meet local wellness professionals and grow our local wellness and mindful community.
Join our monthly community wellness potluck, it is free and open to the public! Bring a blanket and a dish to share. One of our Abundance Network’s wellness professionals will be sharing a mini-workshop as we finish eating together. The wellness topic will change from month to month depending on which professional is sharing. The purpose of this meetup is to get to know your local wellness professionals and build up community among other like-minded health conscious and mindful folks! This is a safe and inclusive space that will not tolerate hate and is committed to creating more inclusivity in the community.
Our professional members include everything from nutrition specialists, midwives, integrated medical providers, essential oil specialists, yoga/meditation teachers, and much more!
